Being here for two weeks gave us an opportunity to check out the sites and artwork throughout the town of Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao.
We stayed at this awesome resort for our first week while here in this beautiful tropical paradise. The variety of restaurants this resort has is really great, although we did end up with our favorites.

A helpful hint for those going expecting to use a standard US 110v surge protector. Find one that coverts to 220v. We had a 220v adapter for 110v, but it didn’t work on our surge protector, it tripped the breaker and fried the power strip. One thing we found quite interesting was, that there was an arena set up for three different food trucks offering three different types of food. Never made it there for dinner but had lunch there a number of times.
The resort offers bicycles to get around on but we opted out and just walked where we needed to go.
