Saying goodbye to Miami, FL as we set sail on the first leg of our vacation, a 14 day cruise, then a few days the Hard Rock in Ft. Lauderdale and then 14 days in Ocho Rios, Jamaica at Sandals.
A few of my favorite staff members at the Double Down bar just outside the casino.
they always had my drink poured by the time I sat down at the bar.
Here’s John after he won one of the larger jackpots paid out to anyone during our cruise.
Way to go John!!!
This dive was a lot of fun. Our bottom time was 49 minutes and my new camera did its own edit and give me just what you see here. I’m still learning the editing process so I am hoping future videos will be much more involved.

The visibility wasn’t the best but the dive was still a good one, another 49 minute dive.
Also, don’t be like this guy over my shoulder, keeps your hand movements to a minimum. he was the ASD (Air Sucking Dog, lol) on both dives. I explained that to him when we got back on the boat after this dive That he was probably running low on air too fast because of his arm movements. He didn’t realize that he was even doing it.
Although the diving was really pretty good, I love when the current surges as you could see in the previous videos, but seriously, do not be like this guy.
I’m going under a shelf to check out an eel that is way in there. There isn’t not a lot of room, to move around alone let alone with someone coming in behind you.
This isn’t that long of a clip but you can see my frustration and how I’m trying to get this guy to back up.
He was, CLUELESS…
He was actually the same guy in the previ video

Quite the view of the ocean from here, but wait, there’s more…
How here’s a much better view of the ocean and the course.
While in Martinique the clouds were pretty ugly but they gave us a beautiful rainbow.
A view of our cruise ship when returning from A two tank dive. Our cabin was on the front of the ship, 3 decks below the bridge on the far right side.
Since our first trip here in St. Julia in 2021 and our two cruise stops here, we are getting close to “checking off” all of these sites. This trip we went to Vicky B wreck and Anse Cochon.
Below you see each dive video while picking up debris/trash and hunting Lionfish.
John holding up one of the larger Lionfish that was speared.
We have four of our kills here but we did get one or two more smaller ones but cut them up below to feed other fish.
From our second dive, we killed more on that dive, in fact these within 20’ of each other.
John had killed a small one and you’ll see the video below where he fed it to a spotted eel.
This is a trimmed and modified version of our two dive‘s in St. Lucia.
Everything from picking up trash, encountering a large ray and killing lionfish.
I was happy to have my #Insta360x4 on the end of my spear gun because this little guy was extremely curious to check out my new camera…

Here we have the score card(s) for Rockley Golf and Country Club, Barbados. Not sure why, but they only have the once card but they do offer it in two different colors, so since I typically grab two cards from the courses we play, I took one of each because there is NOTHING on the backside of these cards.
Never have I ever…. Sure, you’ve heard people say that before, well here we said it a few times.
Never have I ever seen monkey’s on a golf course but here we did and it was so cool. Our biggest concern, aside from the rare probability that we would hit one, is that one would take our golf ball.
We met a couple that plays this course regularly and they told us to just watch out for the bigger monkey’s and if you need to, be bigger with a big club in hand. I’m only hoping they were kidding.
This fairway though was the ROUGHEST we’ve ever encountered. You cannot really see it in the video but if you look just at the fairway in them, you can see all of the bumps and dips, more like moguls on a ski slope designed for moguls.
Plus, the course was only 9 holes, with two sets of Tee boxes at each hole. One set number 1 through 9, another marked 10 through 18.
We still had fun though.
