Ocean Frontiers has what is called the Green Short, 55 Dive Site Challenge. This challenge takes a lot of luck because if the weather isn't with you, you may not get to some of these sites during the time of year you are here to dive.
During certain times of the year, the boats may not go around to the northern most sites because the waves can be brutal, even getting out to the furthest west sites, #55.
So begin your Green Short Challenge and good luck.
From Captain Andy (far right) to everyone who operates on the boats as guides or deck crew to the team that works out of the shop and the staff in the office who help with scheduling and booking resort reservations, this operation is our favorite place to go diving.
This is our second trip here and as you can see, we brought our O.F. shorts back but at this point, we are a long ways off to completing the challenge.
Enjoy this slide of our diving during this trip
Our dear friend from this trip caught on film with sharks and a turtle.
Cissy also completed her "Green Short Challenge" during this trip, seeing that was pretty cool because this was our second time here working on our punch card, so knowing someone who has completed only validated our desire to do the same thing.
Followed this beautiful creature to it's meal
We came upon this ray catching a meal and stirring up quite a dust storm in doing so.
The back story... I was following this puffer fish that comes from behind this small rock and then this ray came up out of the sand... I never even noticed the tail let alone the body, then it took off.
A handful of stills of a few of the sea turtles that we had seen stitched together to give you this compilation.
